Canceling / Rescheduling in Email
All of the confirmation and reminder emails associated with a booking come with a cancel/reschedule button as part of the email body. Appointlet also provides a cancel/reschedule URL in the calendar event itself.
Attendees will have the option to cancel or reschedule, depending on when they attempt to do it and what your permissions are for the meeting type.
The most common way to cancel is by going to your Bookings Dashboard in Appointlet and clicking on the Gear icon on the right of the booking and cancelling from there. You will be asked to provide an optional message to include in the cancel email that will be sent out to the client.
After canceling an appointment, both you and your client with receive an email notifying of the change.
