Let's say that you are the administrator of an Appointlet organization account and would like to manage your team members without inviting them in. This is typically accomplished through shared calendars, as described in this article.
However, if you do not want to (or cannot) share calendars with your team, there is an alternative technique that will allow you to manage all of your bookings with a single calendar.
As this video demonstrates, you will need to open your email calendar account and generate a new calendar for each teammate. Once they have been created, navigate to your Appointlet account. Click on the Members and Availability section and hit the create button to generate a new member profile.
The screenshot demonstrates how the main calendar account (Ezra@appointlet.com) is integrated first, in order to expose the sub-calendars. This demo is for the creation of John Smith, so we select our "John Smith" sub-calendar from the Bookings Calendar dropdown menu to identify where their bookings will be placed. Then we select "John Smith" again from availability calendars so that Appointlet knows which schedules to check for scheduling conflicts.
