If you are the administrator of an Appointlet account and would like to manage your team members without inviting them into the app, we typically recommend doing so with shared calendars (as described in this article).
However, if you do not want to (or cannot) share calendars within your team, there is an alternative technique that will allow you to manage all of your bookings with a single calendar.
As this video demonstrates, you will need to open your email calendar account and generate a new calendar for each teammate. Once they have been created, navigate to your Appointlet account. Click on the Members and Availability section and hit the create button to generate a new member profile.
The screenshot demonstrates how the main calendar account (Ezra@appointlet.com) is integrated first, to expose the sub-calendars. We are setting up a member named John Smith, so we select "John Smith" from the Bookings Calendar dropdown menu to identify where their bookings will be placed. Then we select "John Smith" again from availability calendars so that Appointlet knows which schedules to check for scheduling conflicts.
That's all there is to it. Of course, you still need to enter general information like name and Availability schedule. If you are unclear on how to set up a member schedule, check out this article for further instructions.
