Link directly to a private meeting type

Appointlet makes meeting types public by default. However, there are some use cases where you might prefer to keep them private. If you have a promotional deal that you don't want to expose to the general public, or perhaps you are creating a one-off meeting type for a customer, this doc will take you where you're trying to go!

To begin, let's imagine that you are trying to create a private consultation:

As you can see in the image above, the public checkbox is currently selected. Simply deselect the checkbox and click the green Save Changes button in the upper right hand corner. 

Now that your meeting is private, you can create a booking link and share it with your clients. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to link directly to your private meeting.

Navigate to the Share screen on the top left of your Dashboard:

Select your sharing option:

Specify the Service and/or Member you want to limit the link to and we'll provide you with the corresponding sharing link:
