Change the time or date on a booking or cancel it altogether

Canceling / Rescheduling in Email 

There are three places to cancel meetings

  1. In-app on the bookings dashboard

  2. In your confirmation email (includes reschedule)

  3. In the calendar event details (includes reschedule)

Canceling In-App

The most common way to cancel is by going to your Bookings Dashboard in Appointlet and clicking on the Gear icon on the right of the booking and cancelling from there. You will be asked to provide an optional message to include in the cancel email that will be sent out to the client. 

After canceling an appointment, both you and your client with receive an email notifying of the change.
