Understand the difference between the two options

In Appointlet, anyone who can log into the service is considered a user. You can view your user roster by opening the Organization settings and navigating to the team access modal. 

In contrast, the member profile dashboard will show the members that are currently set up on your organization. Your member profiles are not necessarily a reflection of your users:

Appointlet's pricing model scales based on member quantity, not user quantity, meaning that you can have unlimited users on an organization without incurring any additional cost.
