SMS: Send text messages to clients

Email reminders are a core feature of Appointlet, however some customers would prefer to get their notifications via text message. We've got a solution for you!

Automated text messages can be handled by SMS (Short Message Services), allowing you to send a message of up to 160 characters to another device. 

Currently the best way to set up SMS with Appointlet is through our Zapier ClickSend integration

We'll show you how to send text notifications for booking confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and rescheduled meetings. What's more, you'll be able to pass the booking data into those texts, so customers know exactly when and where to meet you. 

Standard messaging rates will apply. Cost varies based on SMS service. A premium Appointlet subscription will be required to connect with Zapier, but we don't charge anything extra to use SMS.
